CSI/AME 3900 DNA / RNA Synthesizer

The 3900 synthesizer is an economical, versatile, high-throughput platform that synthesizes 48 DNA oligonucleotides simultaneously with fast cycle times, low reagent consumption, and incomparable reliability. This system is ideal for synthesizing primers of various lengths and includes optimized cycles for producing dye-labeled primers and probes. It has the flexibility to synthesize sequences with lengths greater than 50-mer at scales of 40 nmol, 0.2 µmol, and 1 µmol and can synthesize all three scales in one run.

Notes: ABI gave up the license to build these and we now are the OEM! We have over 50 years of on-site enginering experience working with ABI instruments and have upgraded the CSI/AME 3900 to XP and Burkett valves, and implemented numerous other changes to improve on an already great design.
