Transgenomic WAVE 3500

The WAVE System 3500 is among the most sensitive, accurate, versatile and economical technologies for rapid analysis of SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), and insertion or deletion mutations. The WAVE System uses denaturing high performance liquid chromatography and may be used in applications for detecting genetic variation and fragment sizing. The Model 3500 meets the requirements of laboratories which are screening hundreds of samples for genetic variation per day.

Notes: These are rebuilt for us by Transgenomic and come with a 90 day warranty from them. They can be set up for either oligo purification or mutation detection. The software can be Wavemaker or Navigator.
