From de novo sequencing to SNP validation to linkage mapping, the versatile ABI PRISM® 310 system can support most gel-based assays. Software versatility enables this system to support sequencing and fragment analysis applications. Elimination of gel preparation enables the instrument to run in minutes. Detects five dyes, providing increased throughput.
