ABI PRISM® 377 DNA Sequencer

The ABI PRISM® 377 DNA Sequencer automatically analyzes DNA molecules labeled with multiple fluorescent dyes. After samples are loaded onto the system's vertical gel, they undergo electrophoresis, laser detection, and computer analysis. Electrophoretic separation can be viewed on-screen in real-time, and final data can be output in a variety of formats. The 377 system accepts gel plates in four different lengths for flexibility in sample analysis.
