Our staff includes the largest number of OEM-trained engineers of any instrument service company. In fact, all of our engineers have OEM experience, have health insurance, and are covered by workman's comp. For some instruments, we bring in OEM engineers or contract with trusted consultants.

Philosophy

Our certification process includes inspection and refurbishing of all major systems by factory trained engineers, including: electrical, mechanical, software, computers (brought to OEM or higher standards), and interior/exterior appearance. We replace any component that does not meet our stringent standards with factory parts and restore it to "like-new" condition.

We take pride in each step of our certification process so you'll be completely satisfied with your instrument. A service document is produced upon completion, which includes a record of all work performed, and performance specs. We do not ship instruments "as is", hoping a local "tech" will fix apparent problems only to find that others crop up after installation.

All Certified Scientific Instruments come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty and your opportunity to purchase an extended service warranty—giving you peace of mind. Analyzing dependability, quality and value, the real cost of the instrument is the cost going in versus the cost when you sell it; a late model instrument will not suffer the hideous cost depreciation of a new instrument and in fact will operate model-for-model to the same standards.

Additionally, if you’d like, you may make an appointment to visit our facility and review our instruments. We own all of the instruments we sell, and serial numbers are available.

We have the ability to service instruments in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Certified Scientific Instruments are checked, rechecked and certified.
